If you are not using back files then you have to use working internet first time for installing WHICH IS COSTLY but if you are rooted and using backup files then no need to use working internet first time just restore back thats all!!
1,Change your setting likethis and then turn on internet!!
2,If you are not rooted then follow this after installing operamini the click on save then install after using working internet [Only for non rooted users]
