this will delete everything? and can i do this with an 900 mhz overlocked phone?

i flashed stock rom succesfully with ud com 4 number.
the phone heating? little or big heating?

install was sucessful .i checked it with android system info it was 1024mhz.but the whole system will be slow compared to 832mhz.also games which lag before in 832mhz will not lag this time.if you are game lover better to overclock it
