Gameboid EMULATOR for Galaxy Y

Hey guys its me G.T.A or AKA as Bugxy today I will re-post the most popular apps/emulator on the old GYA blog Very Happy
and it is called "GAMEBOID" it is an awesome Emulator for GALAXY Y where you can play all
your childhood games like Advance Wars, Street Fighter, Mega Man Zero, Pokemon, Zelda and MUCH MORE!
Its a great APP because it works great and smooth for Galaxy Y unlike other emulators like FPse ( Ps1 Emu ) that does not run great and smooth on Galaxy Y also does not require ROOT that's what makes this Emulator fun and awesome!
Also don't worry the size of the "GBA Roms" YOU DON'T NEED TO EXTRACT THEM
THEY WORK GREAT EVEN ON "ZIP" FORMAT to save some space! :) they are only
"3 - 24 mb and compressed!
YOU DON'T NEED TO EXTRACT THEM! :)

    How can i use cheats?

  2. I don't know what's wrong but when I click a ROM that I've downloaded (minish cap) it's just a black screen with the buttons and then disappears and goes back to my phones "home screen". help :(

To add cheats, i think there is an option for Cheats over there. Just enter a few Gameshark codes in there.
But the cheats may partially work, or sometimes may not.

The permanent solution is to first run the game on your PC using VBA. If you want to continue the save, then connect your phone to PC, and enable data transfer mode. Start VBA, and navigate to the folder on your phone, where you have kept the game/.gba file. Then open it.

!! IF VBA DOES NOT SHOW ANY SAVE FILE !!
VBA may not recognize your save file or may not show it. So navigate to the phones drive. And go to the place where you have kept the .gba file. There will also be a ".gba.sav" file. Rename ".gba.sav" to ".sav".
Now VBA can run the save file easily. Note the size of the ".sav" file. It should be 64k or 128k. (Mostly 64)
    This will be helpful afterwards.

Use all the cheats using the VBA option for cheats. (Cheats, Cheat list, Gameshark)
Now before saving, go to Options > Emulator > Save type and set to Flash 64k.
    Now save the game.

Transfer the ".sav" file back to the phone and rename it to ".gba.sav". Now run the game.
